The Boston Tango Festival will be held from Wednesday, June 15th to Sunday, June 19th, 2005 in Boston and Cambridge.

Events:

Opening Day and Registration Wednesday's registration, opening reception and introduction to the masters, followed by the first milonga. Registration will be from 6 pm to 8 PM. Walk-in registration is available at the Boston Ballet before the each day's first class.
NOTE: Online registration is now closed. However, advance registration prices are still available if you register in person at the Zero Arrow Theatre on Wednesday, June 15th between 6:00 and 8:00 PM.
Classes Thursday and Friday classes will be held from 10:15-5:45 at the Boston Ballet in Boston's historic South End. Saturday classes will take place both at the Boston Ballet (2-6pm) and the Calderwood Pavilion(12:15-5:15), around the corner from the Boston Ballet. Sunday Classes, including the day special 2 hour master class will be held 12:30-4:15 at the Boston Ballet. See the detailed schedule for class listings.
Milongas Nightly milongas will give you plenty of opportunity to show off your old moves and practice your new ones. Friday night's milonga will be truly moving. No, really - we'll be dancing around Boston on our "Milonga on the Sea" Tango and Salsa Cruise! All Other nights we will be at Zero Arrow. Saturday's milonga will feature live music.
Cruise From 9:30 pm 'till 1:00am Friday, dance under the stars on our Tango on the Sea Milonga Cruise. There will be two levels of nonstop dancing - one for Tango and one for Salsa! Last year, this event sold out! Pre-registration is Required.
Closing Day The week long festivities will close on Sunday with a 2-hour class taught by all masters, a Gaucho milonga, and a closing show. The milonga goes 'till 11, and music will play throughout.
